Job Description

The Sportsman's Lodge is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our staff as a Part-Time Housekeeper / Guest Services Associate . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping spaces clean and welcoming while providing friendly customer service to our guests. Hours 10-20 hours per week Schedule based on candidate availability Rotating weekends required Sunday availability is required Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest areas Perform light lifting and carry housekeeping supplies as needed Assist with laundry and general housekeeping duties Help maintain the cleanliness of common areas Occasionally assist with front office duties, including: Greeting guests Managing reservations Answering phones Assisting with guest questions and check-in/check-out when needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Able to perform light cleaning and lifting throughout the shift Friendly and professional with guests Comfortable learning basic computer and reservation software Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and enjoys helping create a clean, comfortable experience for our guests. Flexibility and the ability to work independently are essential.
