The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience through exceptional cleanliness and service. Duties Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established standards Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels as needed Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities in guest rooms Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly Follow safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment Assist with deep cleaning projects or special cleaning requests as required Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Experience in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times
