Full Job Description Job Overview :
Hire is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Sanitation/Housekeeping Associate to join our warehouse team in Denton. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary warehouse environment while following all safety, sanitation, and food safety procedures. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, aisles, dock areas, staging lanes, and storage locations. Remove trash, shrink wrap, cardboard, and other warehouse debris. Clean and sanitize forklifts, pallet jacks, warehouse equipment, and workstations. Maintain breakrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, and employee common areas. Conduct routine sanitation inspections and report any issues to leadership. Follow food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures. Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies. Follow all warehouse safety standards and PPE requirements. Assist with deep-cleaning projects and facility improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to follow safety rules and work instructions. Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and squatting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments. Ability to wear required PPE, including freezer gear, gloves, and safety footwear.
