This role is essential in keeping our community clean, welcoming, and move-in ready for our residents. If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and comfortable spaces, and want to work for a company that values its team, we would love to meet you! What You'll Do Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (move-in ready cleaning). Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, community center, leasing office, fitness center, and restrooms . Clean hallways, breezeways, stairwells, and other common areas throughout the community. Help keep the property looking its best by assisting with trash removal, litter pickup, and general upkeep as needed. Ensure amenities and community spaces remain clean and welcoming for residents and guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management. Follow all safety procedures and company policies . Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests. Take pride in maintaining the appearance of the community— first impressions matter! What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or apartment cleaning experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and reliability . Ability to work independently and stay organized . Positive attitude and strong work ethic . Experience in apartment communities or large properties is a plus. Why Join Us?
