Our team is comprised of motivated, dependable, and character-driven individuals. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multifamily, commercial, or hospitality cleaning environments and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents and guests. Responsibilities Clean and prepare the leasing office each morning to ensure a professional presentation Maintain cleanliness of common areas, amenities, hallways, and elevators (including mopping and detailed upkeep) Perform move-out cleans to prepare apartment homes for new residents Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing Inspect areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met Report any maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards promptly Restock cleaning supplies and consumables as needed Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures Qualifications Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or custodian Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and proper usage Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
