Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures to ensure a spotless environment Implement cleaning and sanitation protocols using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens efficiently Handle manual lifting and outdoor work as needed for tasks like outdoor cleaning or yard maintenance Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines for heavy lifting and manual handling Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the cleaning process Skills Proven experience in residential or hotel cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent time management skills to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Experience with outdoor work or outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus Familiarity with cleaning detergents, carpet cleaning methods, and heavy lifting techniques Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Housekeeper to bring your passion for cleanliness and customer satisfaction into every guest room you serve.
