Working in residential settings or AirBNB spaces, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces to ensure spotless results. Handle some laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas using appropriate cleaning techniques. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits. Manage tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained. Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Reliable transportation and background checks are required! Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, is highly desirable but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive interactions with clients. Experience with laundry processes and managing housekeeping supplies is a plus.
