The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts. Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces. Empty trash and replace liners. Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs. Clean windows, windowsills, and other surfaces as assigned. Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms. Assist with event setup and cleanup before and after events . Clean and maintain pickleball court areas and areas surrounding the pool . Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked janitorial closets. Follow all building-specific cleaning, health, and safety procedures. Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner . Respond professionally to reasonable customer requests and follow supervisor instructions. Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
