The Housekeeper / Stocker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of guest rooms and hotel areas to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, including bathrooms and common areas
Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities
Stock housekeeping carts and supply closets
Ensure all rooms meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards
Report maintenance issues or damages to management
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed
