In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing apartments and residential units for new tenants by performing thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments and residential units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to meet company standards. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure hygiene and safety compliance. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents for floor care, and surface sanitation. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances during turnover processes. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas associated with residential properties when required. Communicate effectively with property managers and clients to confirm completion of cleaning tasks and address any specific requests or concerns. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work as needed. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and outdoor maintenance is advantageous.
