Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic Change linens, make beds, and replace amenities to provide a fresh experience for each guest Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and care for carpets to maintain a pristine environment Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items to meet guest needs efficiently Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution and safety Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to guarantee quality standards are consistently met Assist with deep cleaning projects and special requests to exceed guest expectations when needed Assist with laundry when needed. Assist with public area cleaning as needed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping duties Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with hotel operations and standards for guest service excellence Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks using specialized equipment when required Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest requests professionally Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Embark on a career where your efforts directly contribute to memorable guest experiences!
