In this vital role, you will oversee the night audit shift, and perform all assigned duties, like guest room cleaning, public area cleaning, setup breakfast, and all guest related front desk duties , and maintain the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public areas. Your proactive approach to guest relations and operational excellence will contribute to memorable stays and smooth hotel operations during the overnight hours. Responsibilities Guestroom Cleaning, Public Area Cleaning, Breakfast setup Front Desk duties for guest requests, Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries via phone communication with professionalism and courtesy. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive client communication. Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all public areas meet cleanliness standards. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety for guests and staff during any incidents or emergencies. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational transparency and accountability. Assist with reservations management using hospitality reservation systems, supporting the overall hotel management team in delivering a smooth guest experience. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and front desk professionalism. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices ensures safety and satisfaction during overnight shifts. Resort experience or extensive hotel experience will help you excel in managing guest services and property upkeep during quiet hours.
