Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team, specializing in short-term rental properties. In this role, you will ensure each property is impeccably maintained, clean, and welcoming for guests. Your dedication to sanitation, organization, and presentation will create memorable stays for vacationers. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of vacation rental properties, including indoor spaces; bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, AND outdoor spaces; patios, decks, grills, outdoor furniture, etc.. Conduct detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining overall cleanliness standards. Prepare properties for new guests by restocking essentials like toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. Maintain neat and orderly presentation of beds, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and living spaces Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning with a focus on hospitality or short-term rentals preferred. Background in hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment for guests. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
