Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various residential spaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic living environments, adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to maintain floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances in pristine condition. Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by managing supplies and equipment appropriately for outdoor or indoor settings. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and surface sanitation is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes. Experience with outdoor work or handling outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus. Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration are essential. Knowledge of cleaning products, detergents, and equipment operation ensures safe and effective cleaning practices.
