HOW PAY WORKS

Every job has a flat price the customer already agreed to online. You keep 60% of that price, including any add-ons the customer chose. No hourly clock, no haggling at the door. You know your exact payout before you accept the job.

WHAT YOU EARN PER JOB

Standard Clean:

• 1-2 bedrooms: $84 (about 2-2.5 hrs)
• 3 bedrooms: $108 (about 2.5-3 hrs)
• 4 bedrooms: $132 (about 3-3.5 hrs)
• 5+ bedrooms: $156 (about 3.

5-4 hrs)

Deep Clean:

• 1-2 bedrooms: $132 (about 4-4.5 hrs)
• 3 bedrooms: $168 (about 4.5-5.5 hrs)
• 4 bedrooms: $204 (about 5.5-6.5 hrs)
• 5+ bedrooms: $240 (about 6.5-7.5 hrs) Move-In / Move-Out Clean (empty home):
• 1-2 bedrooms: $156 (about 4.5-5 hrs)
• 3 bedrooms: $198 (about 5-6 hrs)
• 4 bedrooms: $240 (about 6-7 hrs)
• 5+ bedrooms: $282 (about 7-8 hrs)

RECURRING CLIENTS

(your steady income) Weekly and biweekly homes are discounted for the customer, so your payout is a little lower per visit, but they're faster to clean and you get the same home on your route every time.

Example:

a 3-bedroom home every 2 weeks = $92 per visit. We assign the same cleaner each time whenever possible. ADD-ONS (added to your payout)

• Inside refrigerator: $21
• Inside oven: $21
• Inside cabinets and drawers (empty): $30
• Interior windows: $3 each
• Baseboards, whole home (Standard Clean only): $24
• Laundry, wash/dry/fold: $12 per load

Example week:

two recurring 3-bedroom cleans a day, 4 days a week = $736, plus add-ons and tips.

HOW IT WORKS

• We send you available jobs with the address, date, arrival window, checklist, and your exact payout. You accept the ones you want.
• You set your own availability. Take as many or as few jobs as you like.
• You bring your own supplies and equipment.
• You follow our written checklist for each type of clean so every customer gets the same result.
• Paid per completed job by direct deposit (ACH) or Zelle.
• Independent contractor (1099).

No uniform, no shift schedule.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of paid house cleaning experience (residential, Airbnb, or a cleaning company)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone
• Your own cleaning supplies and a vacuum
• Comfortable working alone in a customer's home and communicating by text
• Pride in the details: baseboards, light switches, behind the faucet, the things people notice

• Your own small cleaning business or Airbnb turnover experience
