Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide personalized service. Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, chemical handling, and equipment use to prevent accidents or injuries. Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies, managing time efficiently across multiple properties, and ensuring all tasks are completed promptly. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks across multiple residences or properties. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs. Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
