Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and convenience. Handle janitorial duties including waste removal, dusting surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas to promote a hygienic environment. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms with attention to detail and efficiency. Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning equipment and chemical handling to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with housekeeping management to report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly for swift resolution. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work within hotels or similar hospitality settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and industrial cleaning methods. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service consistently. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and hospitality industry standards is advantageous. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively.
