We are a small boutique property and job flexibility is required. Job Description Check in with Housekeeping sheet prepared by manager regarding check-in, check-out and stay-over services Communicate with Front Desk for specific tasks and assignments for the day Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary Report any damages or repairs needed to management Report all lost and found items Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding linen items Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times Load all laundry into washer and add specified cleaning agents Sort and fold or hang clean dried items Perform additional laundry services when necessary Present self in accordance with overall dress-code guidelines Job Requirements Hard working & detail oriented with a no task too small attitude Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs) Customer focus Reliability Planning and organizing Creating and participating in an enjoyable and efficient team environment We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity and inclusion at our company.
