Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Care for floors by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort Follow established cleaning protocols aligned with hospitality standards and safety regulations Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of janitorial closets and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution Experience Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a strong plus Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods enhances your effectiveness in this role Familiarity with housekeeping management practices helps streamline daily operations Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
