Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are consistently met Conduct floor cleaning and care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and Manage carpet shampooer Use cleaning detergents safely and effectively while adhering to all safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use Dust surfaces, clean windows, mirrors, and other fixtures to maintain a polished appearance Handle outdoor work responsibilities like patio or porch cleaning when required Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs or preferences and provide excellent customer service Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as reporting maintenance issues when necessary Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, carpet cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated schedules Familiarity with outdoor work environments and outdoor cleaning procedures is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with clear client communication abilities Knowledge of various cleaning detergents and their appropriate applications for different surfaces Experience in floor care including polishing, stripping, waxing, or buffing floors is advantageous Ability to follow detailed instructions for cleaning protocols and safety procedures Join our team as a Housekeeper where your dedication transforms living spaces into pristine retreats!
