Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring. Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets. Launder linens and other fabrics as required, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products for effective sanitation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar roles is a plus.
