In this vital role, you will ensure our guests enjoy spotless, comfortable rooms that meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your enthusiasm and commitment to service will help create a warm, inviting environment for all visitors. Duties Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment. Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service at all times. Ensure safety procedures are followed during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or supplies. Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and towels to meet guest expectations. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, elevators, and lobbies to uphold the hotel's high standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and uphold the hotel's reputation for quality service. Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and hotel housekeeping standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies. Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred; familiarity with conflict management and guest relations enhances your effectiveness.
