Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, and long-term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for a Lead Environmental Service Aide to join our team and help create the clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment our residents deserve! This is more than a housekeeping position. You'll be a leader, a mentor, and an important part of the resident experience. From preparing a resident's room for move-in to making sure common areas are clean and inviting.

What You'll Do:

As our Lead Environmental Service Aide, you'll work closely with the Support Services Director to help keep our community safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

You will:

Lead by example while training, mentoring, and coaching Environmental Services team members. Help maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms and common areas. Prepare rooms, suites, and apartments for new residents so they receive a warm welcome from day one. Complete routine, discharge, and isolation-room cleaning. Serve as the primary backup for in-house laundry services , including distributing adult briefs and marking resident clothing. Work closely with the Support Services Director and Environmental Services team to keep daily operations running smoothly. Be flexible and ready to jump in where needed based on staffing, resident needs, and the needs of the community.
