Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Coffee Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and producing coffee products while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Work Schedules Available:

Monday-Friday:

6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Monday-Friday:

7:30 am - 4:00 pm Key Responsibilities Follow all quality standards, production procedures, and safety guidelines Operate equipment and assist in coffee production processes Read production charts to determine quantities and packaging needs Complete opening and closing checklists accurately Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including equipment and storage areas Report equipment issues or product quality concerns to management promptly Notify management of product shortages Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Ability to follow simple instructions, recipes, and safety guidelines Professional and neat appearance Strong teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent walking, talking, and hearing Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly Ready to Grow With Us?
