Production Supervisor _____ Position Summary Perform operations required to take product from wash line to dryers and then move product to packaging line for a fresh food salad processing plant. Must be able to work closely with others, have a good work ethic and be willing to work within a flexible schedule and work overtime as needed. This is a seasonal full-time position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on salad production line, moving washed produce in and out of dryers to packaging line.
• Ability to safely and frequently lift and lower, push/pull - totes that range up to 60 pounds.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures, including GMPs, Good Manufacturing Practices and SOPs, Standard Operating Procedures
• Must understand and follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Must understand the purpose of PPE, Personal Protective Equipment and adhere to all requirements.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

• Willingness to cross train, learn new skills and help fill in for temporary or permanent vacancies in other areas of the processing plant.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required. Experience and Education
• One year experience or experience in a production environment preferably
• Bilingual English - Spanish a plus Working Conditions Working conditions described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

Able to work in loud, cold and wet environment. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis. Lift and move up to 30 pounds occasionally. Any specialized tools needed for a specific task, will be provided by the company and are to remain on site in the company designated storage area.
