Food Manufacturing Pay:

Until Finish Hours:

Approximately 40-55 hours per week We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Formulation Team Member to join a busy food manufacturing facility.

Job Duties:

Read and follow recipes, specifications, and production instructions Measure and prepare ingredients for production Handle large lugs of red sauce and other ingredients Lift and carry buckets weighing up to 60 lbs Climb up and down stairs while carrying up to 60-lb buckets Assist with the preparation and formulation of food products Follow all food safety, quality, and production procedures

Requirements:

Must be able to read and understand English to follow recipes and specifications Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable with a very physical and demanding job Must be willing to work long hours and long days Strong attendance and reliability are essential — must be dedicated to reporting to work every day Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Environment:

️ This is a dirty, hands-on job. Employees work with sauces and ingredients and may leave work messy at the end of the day. This position is best suited for someone who is physically strong, dependable, comfortable with hard work, and able to handle a demanding food manufacturing environment. #LIND26
