Production Plant Baker Automation Personnel Services is looking for Production Plant Baker for a plant in Huntersville, NC. This role is a great opportunity to enter the world of food production where you will learn the processes for baking various products, quality checking finished product, and learning to fulfill orders with a busy production plant. Pay Rate $18/ hr. Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6 :00 am to 2 : 3 0 pm. (Occasional Saturdays) Production Plant Baker Duties and Responsibilities Following daily production schedule and baking product as is required Quality control including taking pictures of finished product, writing reports, and signing off on documentation Learning and following strict food safety guidelines including but not limited to temperature control/cool down, storage best practices, and keeping a clean and sanitized work area. Working with a team and communicating clearly on status of orders. Cross training on production areas and filling in as is required Production Plant Baker Qualifications and Requirements Basic Math Skills and a ttention to Detail. Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize tasks with minimal supervision Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift as well as bend, reach, and lift up to 50lbs Candidates with professional kitchen, food service, baking, or line / prep cook experience preferred. Bilingual applicants (Spanish) preferred High School Diploma or GED.
