We have immediate Seasonal and Full-Time positions, and we are looking for team-oriented individuals who enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment that is ever evolving. What is cool about this job: You will work with our fudge production team to create high quality products for our wholesale and retail customers. We will train and develop you to position yourself as a professional in the confection industry Communicate effectively with co-workers. Helping others to recognize and better understand production pinch points and assist the team in overcoming these challenges You will be trained to operate our production equipment in all phases, from opening to closing responsibilities You will occasionally be asked to lift 50lbs independently, and up to 75lbs with assistance, but someone is always there to assist you if needed You must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time You have the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations You become familiar with food safety laws and standards while producing world class products Be willing to assist in other departments as needed, and have a familiarity with the use of knives and other kitchen tools Participate in daily cleaning of production area Because of state regulations, no jewelry of any kind is not permitted on the production floor. Bummer, but a needed restriction Previous experience is preferred but not required. We will train you to create our world class confections Everyone like to help people- And we are going to pay you pay you for doing just that

Part-time Salary:

$16.50 - $17.00 per hour and eligible for a .50 cent raise after your great 60-day review Expected hours: 40 hours per week
