Now Hiring Multiple Professional Cooks & Sous ChefsNative Son & Van Zandt Country Club | Canton, TXWe re building on our success at Native Son and the Country Club, and we need serious kitchen professionals who want to be part of our growth!
We re looking for several cooks and sous chef-level people who treat this as a career not just a job. We need people who show up, keep a clean station, work efficiently, protect food cost and inventory, and take pride in consistency. Tim Byres is our consulting chef. We need people who respect his recipes, protect the program, and maintain high standards when he s not in the building.
This is not the place for short-timers, drama, or people who just need a paycheck. We re looking for pros and lifers who want to work in a professional kitchen with real standards.
What we re looking for:
Experience in professional kitchens (not just chain or short-order)Clean, organized, and efficient work habitsStrong fundamentals and respect for the craftPeople who protect inventory, control waste, and care about food costDependable, consistent, and professionalTeam players who take pride in their workWhat we offer:$16- $25 per hour depending on experience and skill levelOpportunity to work across both Native Son and the Country ClubA kitchen that actually cares about standardsRoom to grow with a company that's expandingA team that works hard and supports each otherWe're hiring multiple positions for both locations.
