The Showcase Team is responsible for preparing meat in the showcase and meat presentation. Create specialty meats for showcase. Able to work as part of a team while working closely with co-workers. Showcase Responsibilities  Cut meats and create specialty stuffed meats for store showcase.  Rotate meat products & restock as needed to assure fresh meats and presentation.  Clean equipment, room, and showcase. Skills and Experience  Prior work experience in customer service in a supervisory role preferred but not required.  Strong communication and time management skills.  Customer satisfaction oriented.  Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.  Ability to thrive in a team environment.  Outstanding interpersonal skills.  Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as needed. The Katy location includes a deli that cooks to order some of the Best Stop favorites.
