Lake Geneva Country Meats, a family-owned business since 1965, seeks a dedicated and hardworking individual for an entry-level position in the meat industry as a Meat Production Assistant - Boxing Specialist. This role offers a no-expereince necessary opportunity for individuals aspiring to start in the industry, as it has been the foundation for many of our senior employees' success stories.

Primary Responsibilities:

Box and carry out customer orders, ensuring proper packaging. Assist with assorted tasks including grinding meat, aiding in sausage production, and maintaining cleanliness on the production floor. Handle packaging tasks using equipment like thermoform fill-seal packages, vacuum sealers, and more. Properly label products with the help of a deli scale and a computer-controlled industrial label printer. Assist in stock reception and storage. Adhere strictly to USDA food safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.

Working Conditions:
