Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental process Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete Perform routine vehicle inspections, including manual transmission operation and exterior condition assessments Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cashiering duties with precision using retail math skills Support outdoor work activities such as parking, valet services, heavy lifting, and vehicle movement within the fleet area Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle availability and address inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and rental area to uphold safety standards and guest satisfaction Experience Previous guest services or hospitality experience preferred but not required Dealership or automotive service background is a plus, especially familiarity with standard passenger cars and automotive maintenance Experience operating manual transmission vehicles and performing basic vehicle inspections Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are advantageous for serving diverse customers Ability to perform outdoor work including heavy lifting, outdoor vehicle handling, and valet parking duties Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards Prior experience in retail math, cashiering, or cash handling roles is beneficial This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people, and contributing to a seamless car rental experience.
