Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Car Porter, where you'll be a friendly face from dealership to our shop ensuring their vehicle needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this vital role, you'll handle the safe and efficient movement of vehicles within our shop and our customers dealership's outdoor parking area, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining a smooth flow. Your energetic approach will help create a positive first impression for every customer, contributing to an outstanding experience. Duties Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission cars, within the dealership's outdoor parking lot and parking zones. Perform light outdoor work such as heavy lifting when moving or positioning vehicles or equipment. Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address any questions or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area to ensure safety and accessibility at all times. Support automotive service operations by providing prompt, courteous guest services that enhance overall dealership experience. Skills Proven experience in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Dealership or automotive service experience is highly desirable to understand vehicle operations and dealership procedures. Ability to operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions confidently and safely. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, and management. Capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of parking regulations and outdoor traffic management practices.
