Bell Audi is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Used Car Assistant to support our fast-paced Pre-Owned Vehicle Department. What You'll Do:

Assist with all day-to-day operations of the Used Vehicle Department Coordinate vehicle inventory and ensure units are properly tracked Help manage vehicle reconditioning and service timelines Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory Maintain accurate vehicle records and documentation Work closely with Sales, Service, and Management teams Assist with pricing updates, merchandising, and lot organization Support title, registration, and vehicle paperwork as needed Help ensure vehicles are frontline ready for sale Perform additional administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Automotive dealership experience preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail Professional communication skills Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software Self-motivated with a positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:
