What You'll Do Assist in overseeing all site operations Ensure safety protocols are followed Lead by example to deliver top-tier customer service Support employee training, development, and engagement Monitor equipment and cleanliness for optimal wash performance Handle basic troubleshooting and report maintenance needs What We're Looking For 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience (car wash experience a plus) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills A commitment to safety and a positive team culture Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Enthusiasm for working outdoors and on your feet Why Join Us?
