Job Description
Charlies Car Wash is looking for a well-rounded individual who is responsible and dependable. This person will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service while operating a cash register, performing daily duties, supervising team members, assisting with inventory, and assisting customers as needed. Must be willing to work swing shift and weekends. Located at 5556 W 2455 S, West Valley. Bonuses available based on performance. Full job description Provide excellent customer service Provides training and oversight to site employees and provides general operational guidance; serves as role model to other team members Maintain cash register, including being accountable for all cash and receipts Works safely and reports safety or maintenance issues Maintain cleanliness of work environment and inventory Performs duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer service Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering car wash Car Wash Attendants should meet the following requirements: Must be 21+ years of age. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions when necessary Must have reliable transportation to and from car wash Must be willing to work weekends when needed Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance to work schedule.
