Job Description

Step into a rewarding educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, providing essential support and expertise to students in a flexible, contract capacity. This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting, delivering tailored services in collaboration with educators and student support teams. The role is part-time, with the possibility of expanding to a full-time schedule if needed, and all work can be completed remotely, ensuring an optimal work-life balance.
Qualifications:
Active and current BCBA national certification; must be verifiable through the BACB. Experience working in schools or with students of varying age groups is highly valued. Strong communication abilities for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families. Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads efficiently in a remote setting. Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and fostering positive student outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for students in accordance with IEP goals. Develop, review, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate remotely with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student needs. Offer guidance and strategies to teachers and staff to best support students exhibiting behavioral or social-emotional challenges. Maintain timely documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
