Wednesday-Sunday Join Our Team Peninsula Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Activity Assistant to help create meaningful and engaging experiences for our residents. Your Responsibilities Lead Daily Activities:

Plan and facilitate engaging group activities, hobbies, games, and local outings that promote social connection, creativity, and overall well-being.

Create Meaningful Experiences:

Encourage residents to participate in activities based on their interests, abilities, and individual preferences.

Build Relationships:

Develop warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Maintain a

Safe Environment:

Follow facility policies and safety standards while ensuring activities are appropriate and enjoyable for all residents.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with nursing and other departments to support resident engagement and quality of life. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in activities, recreation, senior care, or a related field preferred. Excellent attendance and strong reliability are required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Positive, creative, and energetic personality with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
