Every family that reaches out has an athlete with a goal: make varsity, win a starting spot, get recruited. As an Athletic Development Coordinator, you are the first person those families talk to and the reason they commit. You love sports, you believe in what training does for young athletes, and you are driven to help them reach their potential. With direct support from ownership, you meet and exceed your sales goals every month. As the expert on our programs, assessments, and training, you build lasting relationships with new and current families and make sure every athlete gets the most out of their time at The Jump Lab®. Success profile Do you see yourself in these traits? Self-accountable High drive to win and close sales See every lead as an opportunity High initiative Great team player Passion for sports and helping athletes get better Who we are The Jump Lab® is a youth athletic performance training facility in Pasadena serving competitive athletes ages 10 to 18 in every sport. We were voted Best Gym in Pasadena, and we run on three values: Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence. This is not a traditional gym. We hold our athletes to a high standard, and we hold ourselves to the same one. Everyone on our team owns their results and takes pride in doing the work right. We are an owner-led business, and we trust our people with real responsibility. You will run your own book of business and see the impact of your work in every family you enroll. Growth here is earned through results. The role The Athletic Development Coordinator is responsible for achieving or exceeding individual monthly goals for new enrollments, renewals, and private training. You manage your own book of business, from the first call with a new lead through the family's renewal, and you plan your month around the outreach, follow-up, and appointments it takes to hit your number. You report to ownership and work independently day to day. Responsibilities On a daily basis, you are responsible for: Calling every new lead by phone during scheduled call windows Booking complimentary assessments and confirming every appointment Giving facility tours that show families how we train and what we expect Leading the sales consult with parents and athletes, recommending a specific program, and closing the enrollment Processing new enrollments cleanly and handing each family off to the coaching team Following up with every family still deciding until you have an answer Renewing families whose agreements are ending, and reaching out early to any family showing signs of leaving Selling private training Meeting daily activity targets for calls, appointments, and follow-ups Keeping every lead, note, and next step current in GoHighLevel and Mindbody Reporting your results at the end of each day, and walking ownership through your numbers and plan each week Working closely with coaches and staff, asking for feedback, and continuing to sharpen your sales skills Why you'll love working here Real impact. You will watch athletes you enrolled reach the goals they told you about in their first consult. A team that means it. Our coaches, ownership, and staff hold each other to the same standard and have each other's backs, the way every championship team does. Investment in your growth. You get in-depth sales coaching from day one, and we support continuing education and certifications for people who show the drive to learn. Room to grow. As The Jump Lab® grows, the right person in this seat grows with it: more scope, more responsibility, and more opportunity. Energy you can feel. It is not corporate and it is not a chain. It is a place where serious work gets done by people who care about it.
