Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, energetic, organized, clean and detail-oriented Golf Simulator and Gallery Manager to lead our state-of-the-art Trackman IO golf simulation experience and gallery operations. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily management of the simulator facilities, coordinate events, sell memberships, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about all things golf related and creating memorable experience for our guests. Duties Manage the setup, and operation of golf simulators to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak and off-peak hours Oversee the gallery space, including merchandise displays, retail sales, and event hosting to maximize customer engagement and revenue Coordinate special events such as tournaments, contests, lessons, club fittings, corporate outings, and children's activities with precision planning and execution Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with simulator use, answering questions, and resolving conflicts promptly Enforce safety protocols including manual handling procedures, safety signage adherence, and emergency response readiness such as CPR or first aid when necessary Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in all areas of the facility. Qualifications Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Sales experience combined with cash handling skills using POS systems Ability to perform manual handling tasks. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing inventory records Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and customer service Background in Golf, Retail Sales, Hospitality, Customer Service and willing to learn the Trackman Program.
