Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist and Activity Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and operations within our organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for providing excellent service. The Receptionist and Activity Assistant will work closely with staff and clients to ensure a positive experience and facilitate engaging activities. Duties Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing various activities for residents. Maintain accurate records of client participation and preferences. Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Operate phone systems to communicate effectively with clients and staff. Support the coordination of events by preparing materials and setting up spaces. Serve as a bilingual resource when necessary to enhance communication with diverse clients. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility. Experience Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with office tasks such as typing, filing, and using phone systems is essential. Experience as a personal assistant or office clerk is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Previous experience with assisted living activities is preferred.
