Our mission is to help students build confidence, stay active, develop teamwork skills, and create positive experiences through movement and play. Depending on each school's needs, our coaches may lead: Structured PE lessons Fitness activities Team sports and games Leadership and teamwork activities Unstructured/recess supervision and engagement At Energy Explorers, we hold ourselves to a high standard of professionalism, positivity, and leadership. We expect our coaches to be strong role models who carry themselves with maturity, patience, energy, and respect while working with students, school staff, and parents. Responsibilities Lead and supervise elementary school students during PE and recess activities Create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behavior Communicate professionally with school staff and fellow coaches Arrive on time and prepared for all assigned shifts Represent Energy Explorers in a professional manner at all times Qualifications Experience working with children preferred Background in sports, coaching, fitness, education, or youth programs is a plus Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and high energy Reliable transportation preferred Ability to maintain professionalism in a school environment Job Details Part-time position Hourly pay Employees are paid monthly Flexible school-based schedules Opportunity for growth within the company Join Energy Explorers and help make a positive impact in the lives of students through movement, leadership, and fun.
