Role:

As an Activities Assistant at Vivo Healthcare Winter haven, you will play a vital role in ensuring the social, emotional, and physical well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our team to plan and implement activities that cater to their interests, abilities, and needs. This may include leading group fitness classes, organize recreational outings, and facilitating arts and crafts projects.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement activities that promote socialization, recreation, and personal growth among our residents Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address individual and group needs Lead and participate in activities such as exercise classes, games, and arts and crafts projects Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Support and assist with daily living tasks as needed Record and track resident participation and progress

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and assist with mobility as needed Good communication and interpersonal skills
