Job Description

at Lake Land College in Mattoon, Illinois, United States Job Description Description This position is responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the Fitness Center. Description of Essential Functions (critical tasks)

Essential Job Functions:

Safely instruct and conduct orientations on the use of the fitness center equipment. Process and monitor ID check-in/out procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center. Exhibit strong communication skills.

Specific Functional Job Requirements Education Requirements:

Associate degree preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Background in Fitness/Exercise field.

Knowledge:

Microsoft Office skills and ability to use Red Canyon Software; Communication skills, fitness experience and knowledge.

Personal Requirements:
