Your Role:

Provide activities focused on entertainment, exercise, fun, and relaxation for residents Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of quality activities based on resident care plans Assist with preparing activity calendars, communication materials, and resident activity documentation Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities and events Build positive relationships with residents and their families Help create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for residents Work collaboratively with the Activity Director and interdisciplinary care team Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Who We're Looking For:

Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required One year of related experience preferred, especially in long-term care Creative, motivated, and organized team player Passionate about working with seniors and encouraging resident participation Dependable and professional with reliable attendance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic about providing compassionate, resident-centered care
