Job Description

Do you enjoy working with the elderly? Palmer Healthcare Center is a small, family owned, 61 bed skilled nursing facility, focused on memory care and dementia, looking for a energetic activity assistant. In this position you will be responsible for providing stimulating and sensory activities to our residents. You will follow our planned monthly calendar encouraging and supporting our residents to participate while providing a safe environment. You will be helping pass trays during meal times. You also may be monitoring the hallways to ensure the safety of our residents. Experience with dementia/memory care or health care experience are encouraged to apply. Must be 18 years of age to apply.

Must be available on weekends
