Job Description

Position Description You will serve as a Security Assistant in the Commander, Security Office of

NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities You will function as a personal assistant and exercise independent judgment in dealing with high-level managers within the activity and with external organizations. You will serve in a liaison capacity between the supervisor and the personnel who report to the office and provide office continuity in the supervisor's absence. You will present the supervisor with relevant background material and information on action items, as well as operating independently and performing duties to the office operation with only general guidance. You will facilitate the mission of meeting cost, schedule, and performance requirements for assigned programs through assisting program managers in preparing presentations, scheduling meetings with stakeholders, and coordinating travel vouchers.
