Role:

As an Activities Assistant , you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by assisting in the planning and implementation of enriching activities. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule . We are looking for someone who has availability to fill these gaps below in our schedule.

Weekly Repeating Schedule Openings:

Evenings Wedensday
Evenings Sunday

Evenings Key Responsibilities:

Support the Life Enrichment Director in leading engaging activities for residents. Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to meet their needs. Accurately chart and document Life Enrichment activities. Foster a warm, inclusive environment that promotes social engagement and well-being.

What We're Looking For:

A self-starter who takes initiative and brings positive energy. Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with individuals living with memory loss. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively under the direction of the Life Enrichment Director. Previous experience in activities, adult day programs, memory care, independent living, or assisted living is highly preferred. Why Join Northwoods?
