Assisted/Senior Living Activity Assistant Permanent Part Time $16.50/hour The Chelsea at Sparta (Nominated for 2024 and 2025 Workplace of the Year award by the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce) is hiring for a

PERMANENT

Part Time Lifestyles Assistant in both our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhood. Are you over 18 years old, energetic, positive, fun, compassionate and caring with a genuine interest in working with seniors? Are you looking for a stimulating position that enables you to use your creative skills in a flexible, fast-paced, professional and respectful work environment? This position works directly with the senior population and those with dementia, assisting in creating and implementing recreation programs that spiritually, cognitively, and physically stimulate the residents. Experience with seniors and/or running activities is strongly preferred.
