M, Tu, Th, F - 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM We're looking for a compassionate, energetic team member who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for seniors through engaging activities and resident-centered programming. At Dallas Retirement Village, our Health Center Life Enrichment Leaders help residents maintain social connections, independence, purpose, and quality of life through therapeutic activities and personalized engagement opportunities. Working closely with the Director of Life Enrichment, you'll support programs designed to meet each resident's unique interests, abilities, and needs. Responsibilities include:

Facilitate group and one-on-one activity programs for residents Assist residents with participation in activities and events Build meaningful relationships with residents and families Monitor resident participation and maintain activity attendance records Assist with resident assessments related to interests, abilities, and activity preferences Support the development and distribution of monthly activity calendars Create and maintain seasonal and themed decorations throughout the community Maintain activity supplies, equipment, and program areas Collaborate with residents, volunteers, and interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident engagement Foster a positive, welcoming, and resident-centered environment What You Bring High School Diploma or GED required Ability to interact positively and professionally with residents, families, visitors, and team members Ability to meet state-required training and certification requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable leading activities and engaging with individuals and groups Creative, enthusiastic, and resident-focused approach Strong organizational and observation skills Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively Who This Is For This role is a great fit for someone who: Enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors Is creative, energetic, and engaging Loves helping others stay active and connected Thrives in a people-focused environment Has a positive attitude and strong customer service skills Values teamwork and resident-centered care You're not just leading activities—you're creating opportunities for connection, purpose, enjoyment, and engagement that enrich residents' lives every day.
